Great place and attentive associates. Someone assists you right away! The only complaint I have is the rose bushes you got this year are full of powdery mildew. Not a good product to have on the shelves.

Excellent customer service! Needed some keys made and the associate Tenique made sure I was taken care of. She had 2 other associates verify and their attitudes were fantastic! I really recommend this place for their service and willingness to help

Every time I come in to Ace I hope that Joe is on his shift! Joe has helped me so much with all of my home improvement work having recently purchased a condo in the past year. Whenever I had issues that YouTube videos could not answer I would go to Ace on Holly prepared with pictures and information/measurements and Joe helped me solve pretty much everything I couldn’t handle on my own. Would highly recommend reaching out to Joe if you ever get the chance!

Amazing! Went in there with five 1 gallon cans of defective Cabot Australian Timber Oil. It did not look right and had just bought it a month ago. They did a "defective" exchange on all 5 gallons. Graham James at this Ace really saved my day and my fence! Thanks guys! See you soon.
