Best place in Frisco for a blow out! The team here is extremely friendly and super professional. I consistently have an amazing experience with Alicia who truly is a master at what she does. I have curly hair and she took such good care of it and nailed my desired look not once but multiple times. I was always discouraged from these services given I have a lot of curly hair but the team here made me feel welcomed and I leave feeling gorgeous each time!
Love this salon! Have been a member for 2 years and everyone is so amazing. I highly recommend Taryn. She is an amazing stylist. She does my hair exactly the way I like it, each and every time. She is very professional and goes out of her way to ensure every client has a great experience. She is masterful with her skills and talents. She can do any style extremely well. She also goes out of her way to ensure the client has a top notch experience. Definitely recommend! Ask for Taryn when you book!

Let me start by saying that I believe if you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all, but I feel obligated to share this experience because it boggles my mind that a place filled with people who have no clue how to treat loyal clients is still in business in Frisco. I’m so disappointed in the service I received, and the poor unprofessional treatment. As someone who is very familiar with the business, this bad review could have been so easily avoided. I blame that on management and the owner.
Here’s the scoop: I’m a regular at this place. I’ve been getting blowouts here for a few years but more recently, I’ve been going in once per week for blowouts and I send people here all the time. The stylists do a great job! Alycia in fact gave me one of the best blowouts I’ve had— and I’ve had A LOT. (I used to own a blow dry bar.) So for the first time today, some drama happened- flat tire- and I had to push my 9 am to a 5 pm. And they allowed me o do that. Again, this is not my normal pattern, it just wasn’t a normal day.4 pm rolls around, husband’s birthday, he springs a visit to our sickly grandma on me last minute, so I called to let them know that chances were I’d be late, tried to reschedule, they would not, said they needed to charge me, I asked if they would make an exception since I’m a loyal client and I’d come in tomorrow, they said no exceptions. Fine. I get it, it’s a business, I took up a slot they could have filled, and I’d be pissed too, so I said go ahead and charge me. I went on the app and though I was a little disappointed they wouldn’t make an exception and they were being a bit rude, I understood this was my fault, not theirs. I booked again for tomorrow. Here’s where these people got straight ghetto: they called me and said that my card didn’t go through and therefore they have to cancel tomorrow’s appointment. They didn’t ask for another card. I explained the correct approach is to ask for another card. Don’t assume it was intentional or that I’m broke- cards can decline for many reasons (mine was because I spent way too much this month and my husband had the payment scheduled to come out tomorrow) but damn. I asked to speak to her manager and this girl said: “my manager is sitting right here and she said Bye. We don’t want you as a customer. We don’t want you to come back”. So ghetto, such poor manners, such shameful lack of customer service, class, tact, taste. This is a service business. You don’t even know who I am. If you cared to care, you’d look and see what an amazing client I am, always raving, tipping over 20%, always smiling, never a peep or complaint from me. Cherry, you lost a good customer. I hope your owner reads this. I know this business is rough and good help is hard to find, trust me, but please, raise your standards. These people lack a shred of class. Just sucks because I love my weekly blowouts.
My second time visiting the Cherry 🍒 and just as pleased as the first time. From my check in with Lindsey who kindly provided me with much needed caffeine to Emily who performed my conditioning massage and blowout. I left feeling great. Next visit to Frisco I will definitely come by again. And the place is very clean and welcoming!
