First of all, Brad was so helpful in getting everything scheduled and answering my questions. On "carpet day," Jeremiah arrived right on time and walked me through each step of the process. Jeremiah and Lars were awesome. They arrived exactly when they said they would. Worked quickly, efficiently, and made our carpets look like new. Highly recommend for any carpet cleaning but especially helpful for us with 3 dogs and some accident stains. We’ve used ChemDry several times and will keep doing so in the future. High recommendation!

Our light-colored carpets look, and feel, great and dirt and stains are gone. The work was done quickly, but not too fast to do a good job. No hard up-sell or hidden fees. We were very happy with this service.
