Chem-Dry by the Emerald Coast

Unhappy with my experience. I had to mop half the floors after they left as there was a substantial amount of white residue on the tile and a pile of black debris on the baseboard. Also disappointed they didn't get the stains out of the carpet which was half the reason we hired them.

These guys are wonderful ! I called them out a couple of weeks ago to clean my carpet and upholstery which came out looking beautiful and fresh smelling. The technician looked and spoke professionally, the areas he cleaned dried quickly and are still looking good. The price was great especially after i got there on-line coupon they were listing on there web site. Again, I couldn't have been happier with there service and I am going to get them to clean the tile next weekend when I have off.

Pleasant, prompt, thorough, and efficient! The Chem Dry team has always been there for me for any project I have needed help with. Always excellent technicians (I request Marc), and great folks to work with over the phone as well. Would recommend to anyone looking for a job well done and will be calling again the next time.

Justin did a great job! He called in advance to let me know he was on his way, arrived promptly, was professional and courteous, and did an amazing job on the cleaning. Our carpets look and smell so clean now!

Phil was great! He called ahead in plenty of time, presented my options when he arrived (carpet protection, etc.,) informed me ahead of time of the cost to get my approval, was very maticulous (did a thorough job,) removed ALL the stains including cranberry juice, and was very professional and kind. 😍
