Great experience! Clyde the owner was very responsive, friendly and patient in answering all my questions. And Jack the young man who cleaned my carpets was amazing! He could not have been kinder or more helpful and he did a fantastic job. The price was great. All in all, I could not be happier and will definitely use them again.

As a condition of our carpet warranty, we must have our carpet professionally cleaned annually. We've depended on Chem Dry for years now to keep our carpet clean and looking like new. They've always done a great job and have been helpful in sharing tips on how to maintain our carpet and upholstered furniture as well. Jack, their expert and charmingly courteous technician, exhibited top-notch professionalism and was very thorough making sure our carpet was sparkling clean for us. I couldn't be happier with the quality of his service all at a very fair and reasonable price. I will definitely use their services again and highly recommend them for any of your carpet and upholstery cleaning needs. Five stars!

We are very pleased with the results of having our carpets cleaned today.We had one room where our dog was using it to go to the bathroom in . Our technician Jack used some cleaner that removed the urine smell. I’m so happy with the results .He also cleaned our sofa ,two chairs and ottoman. Jack is nice young man who was carful with our furniture.He was very polite and took a lot of pride in his work . He went out of his way to make sure we were completely satisfied . I rate the company a five and will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them.

I'm extremely satisfied with the service i received from the initial quote to the clean, dry carpet after the cleaning. I also requested tile cleaning in the kitchen and foyer. I had no idea how dirty the grout was! Totally worth it! Jack was very professional, attentive to detail and did a very thorough cleaning removing stains that we thought were permanent.
