Certified Roofing is definitely my number 1 go to company for any future roofing needs. They were friendly, prompt, professional and courteous from the first phone call I made to Adam B, thru the last email confirming my job was complete, (Bryan). Even tho my job was a small one, they treated me as tho it was their number one priority from start to finish. I will definitely call them for any and all roofing needs. Thanks CRS

Unfortunately, I opened my mailbox to the dreadful cancellation letter from my insurance company for my roof being 15 years old. I called Certified Roofing for an estimate and they sent out Adam Brack to walk my roof. I could tell Adam was honest because he actually told me that my roof was in great shape and basically he hated that I have to replace a perfectly good roof. He also offered to write up a certificate saying that my roof was good to provide to my insurance company to try and buy me some time. This wasn't acceptable to them, so I proceeded to get my roof replaced. Out of the few estimates, Certified wasn't the cheapest, but they weren't too much more, and I got more for my money. Certified Roofings quote gave us more vents than others plus they use all of the parts from the same company to make the warranty process easy. Adam was very helpful through the process and always got back to us in a timely manner. After getting the roof done, we had a bit of trouble getting the wind mitigation through their vendor. Michelle was always helpful and seemed to try to get the vendor to do their job, but they never contacted me. Thankfully, I gave Michelle the name of the last inspector of our home, she set it up with him, and he was out the following day! I proceeded to send the information to my insurance company and they renewed my policy. Obviously my experience wasn't perfect, but I give 5 stars since they seem fair, were up front with me and always seemed to do what they could to make things right.

Bryan Moore was a pleasure to work with. He and his crew did an outstanding job installing our new Worthouse Roof and responding to our questions. Bryan was diligent in ensuring our roof installation was done properly and efficiently with all debris cleaned up before the crew left. I could not be happier with our new roof and highly recommend Bryan and his crew to anyone in need of a new roof. It is clear Certified Roofing Solutions is a professionally managed company with quality products and customer satisfaction a top priorty.

Bryan Moore a production manager is outstanding hard working person, I ever came across in my life. Doing business with incredible honest person, which is extremely rare, and this man never rested until the roof was installed in perfect way. We are so glad we chose CERTIFIED ROOFING SOLUTIONS for we could not trust other roof companies, and trust me, my husband and I, searched for years before we picked CERTIFIED ROOFING SOLUTIONS. We highly recommend to anyone who is looking to have the most beautiful roof, and done with great quality work. Again we can not thank Bryan Moore enough, because of my inability to find the correct words.

Great experience ! Best company to deal with in entire Orlando .. hands down ! If you need a full replacement to your roof at NO COST to you, you have to call this gentleman , he's the one who got me approved ! Great customer service , he handled the whole claim since the first phone call, and was present when the insurance sent their adjuster and he made sure to point out all those damages he found while the first inspection .. oh did I mention it was for free ? Yes, free inspection , I couldn't even believe it when he told me so, especially that he knocked my door and asked me if I ever had my roof inspected before .. also, I didn't even bother myself and went to the Building Division to apply for the permit after I got approved, he did that for me as well . The crew was perfect, less talk and more work , started around 7 am and finished the job same day , cleaned the area and left the place neat like if they were never there ! I HIGHLY recommend them and will use them again in case of any damage related to my roof .
