Our family moved into our home last year, and the whole thing start to finish was great! We worked with Becky and Marquee and Anita at times and we’ve never had a problem. We have a home and a place of peace and safety!! Maintenance is always quick to respond to our needs and just nothing bad to say. They always have smiles on their faces. They do a very thankless job. I’m not sure if tenants actually just randomly thank them, I do. From the bottom of my heart. We have a home because of them!!

After years of being here, I thought I would try to give century a chance, even though eclipse screwed us when we first moved here so hard to find dog friendly rentals, and that’s a shame, but when you lose out on a chance on a property because someone doesn’t have their business sorted out that doesn’t seem like very good business practices. I was being flip-flopped back-and-forth it could be available it’s not available it might be available to it is take it but if you want to come and reapply and drop money off since you already picked up your money and start all over again no I’m done dealing with them unprofessional and they don’t care anout the people ugh its a shame!!!!😡😢🙌🏼💜 OK update I tried to give them another chance and then they told us about a place smells a little bit like cat pee but when we went to check it out it wasn’t a little bit of cat P it was overwhelming. They told me that they put stuff down before they put the carpet down they’re supposed to take care of the smell but I don’t believe that because I’ve had to do that at places I’ve rented before and it works if done properly and then they got all offended when we said we didn’t want to live somewhere that smell that bad of cat pee again Marquis is very rude

I think it is disingenuous to blame me for bad tenants. I accepted the tenants based on Century's recommendation. Century told me that they did a thorough background check. Yet in the first month, the person, (manager of Sunset Inn) with the good credit moved out (did he even move in?) and his two clearning ladies proceeded to NOT pay rent for the next 3 months and stole everything from the house except the kitchen appliances. I will add that I was also disturbed by Century offering my house for sale to someone with NO money after I told them I was no longer interested in renting the property due to the extreme issues I had with the tenants Century recommended. We were not interested in selling the house - and Century did not consult with me prior to offering the house to someone.

Darlene and her staff are great. They are very professional and willing to answer any questions. I highly recommend working with Century Property Management.

Decent place to live if you want to live with people who smoke weed all day and it smells like cigarettes constantly. Other than that friendly management and had a good experience. But will never rent from this company again.
