Repairs to rental properties is awful. My sister has reported tree about to fall on house by recent weather is the most recent complaint given and no one has showed after multiple reports, stairs to entrance rotted and broken..no repairs made after months of reporting so had to find rocks to put under rotted wood for some support. Back porch light not working... Reported multiple times over several months and my sister borrowed a ladder to try to fix herself, fell off ladder last week and EMS had to come get her to take to ER, was admitted and had to have surgery on leg, shattered knee and splintered tibia in lower let. Had to have a plate and screws implanted. Was in hospital for 4 days. I myself reported this to them along with other reports of needed repairs and was told that they contacted the owner and they will send someone out in the next couple of weeks to repair stairs and remove tree but said "we are not liable for the light, or her fall". Also there were some residual signs of past roach problems, dead ones like in cabinets and some dead ones on the floor. As soon as just a couple of weeks they were coming out of the light sockets, cracks in walls ECT. Reported and nothing done so had Cook's pest control come out and was told this was an infestation signs they saw that it was infested even prior to move in, so bad they are having to come out every two weeks to try to get a handle on this this agency said "we are not liable for any pest control, it's all on y'all, we or the owner will not be paying for any pest control" even told them when Cook's came out they saw intensive infestation of termites as well and was told again "we are not liable for that either". Needless to say looking for a good injury attorney. I know her insurance wants to be reimbursed for the injury that happened on the property that she is renting and said injury was because she was trying to fix something on the rental property that the rental agency or the owner said they were not fixing.
Jada told my mother her apartment would be ready July 11th. She found it filthy and covered in roaches. Not only had they not done what they said they would do, the grass was over knee high. As a result of their inaction my mother could not move in and she had to pay rent at her old apartment. Today she went to sign the lease and they forced her to pay the week that they we’re cleaning and making repairs! As an owner of rental properties I would never have them manage mine. If I could have found another apartment on short notice I would have. This company is very poorly managed.
I've called every day this week, and one-time last week about getting the gas heater fix at my address. The temperature is dropping. I spoke with Jada every time about this issue she has told me someone would be here the next day. I have yet received any service currently third day. This problem was notified weeks ago. Now we are waiting for it to be resolved. I have a young baby I'm concern about her health risk.

Horrible customer service I've called multiple times asking in the status of my application and they wouldn't tell me anything took them forever to verify everything and then I was turned down based on something I had on my credit years and years ago. Very racist people I will not recommend
They are Great to receive money but sour when time to pay back will not recommend claiming we did not clean after we had two people come and clean the same stuff twice ! Sad truth ...
