Century 21: Ben Garcia

This review is long over due. This is the realtor that is going to be logical with you and not just run with his commission and wish you the best. This is the agent that wants to see you succeed as a homeowner. I went through several agents trying to buy my first home. I went from a realtor with no sense of urgency to show me anything to a realtor pressuring me to sign on any home regardless if realistically I could afford the home or if it fit what I was looking for. Ben has traits that are unseen and unheard of in this line of work. Believe me, I dealt with a handful of agents before I came across Ben. The other agents just didn’t sit well with me. Majority wanted to put me in anything and anywhere. I qualified for a certain price range but it was not the price range I wanted to look homes in. With Ben it was different, his integrity speaks volumes. His compassion and respect for his clients is what you need when making a purchase of a home. He is truly a class act. I plan on using him again when I am ready to purchase another home or to sell the home he help me purchase.
