Peter Gjonaj was absolutely amazing when it came to communication. He always kept us informed on what was going on and when needed he reached out to our lender to ensure things were moving along as smoothly as possible. Despite the loan taking a bit longer than expected to reach closing he remained calm, professional and tried his absolute best to get us to the finish line. He was always honest and upfront throughout the entire process and maintained clear communication. Since we had an FHA loan he was very vigilant and knew exactly what to look for and would inform us if we would possibly run into any issues getting an approved FHA inspection. There's so many wonderful things I could say about Peter, but one things for sure is that that chosing him was one of our best decisions on our journey to buy our first home. Laurie Davis was extremely attentive and responsive to my questions and even though I am on the west coast, I would still get a reply from her late into her night.
