DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO MANAGE YOUR PROPERTY! I was warned not to use this company. I should have listened. Since you are not around to see what is going on, they take advantage of you. Upon signing up and getting the home ready, they scam you on repairs needed and they don't actually do some of the work that they bill you for. They do not say own up to mistakes, they do not follow through or really do their job as property managers. They never remember a conversation and you will always have to remind them. The lead man will never know what all his workers are doing and why they are charging or fixing and why. The tenant moved out and took some items that belonged to the home, and her dog peed on the carpet. The management company left trash and junk all around my property after repairs and replacing items. They removed my glass shower door and replaced some tile without asking. I asked why did they replace the tile and they couldn't give me a good answer. I was just in the house and did not see a need for replaced tile. When I asked Cliff at Century 21 Sunshine Realty where my Glass shower door was, he said it was never there. It was there before the tenant moved in! He denied and defended every concern I had. They even removed the shower door and put the materials in the backyard along with the tile job they did. Yet they charged me a hefty amount for a dump run. After the tenant moved out I had to shampoo the carpets, get the home cleaned, replace the glass shower door, respond to the dryer leaking water in the utility room, and clean up trash left behind from the management company workers. They did not hold the tenant responsible for damages, cleaning the home professionally like I was promised, and having a dog on the property. Nobody mentioned that the dryer was leaking water. This can cause water damage. What did I pay the management company for? They caused more work for me when the home should have been ready to go after last tenant moved out. This isn't even all of the trouble I had with them. They were sketchy with paper work in the beginning and sketchy until the very end. I was warned not to go with this company and I now I regret giving them the benefit of the doubt. Do yourself a favor and never use Century 21 Sunshine Realty in Show Low, AZ.

I've never in my life had a realtor hang up on me because I asked if they possibly had a nicer home listed! After viewing a place that had fresh patches of dog urine on the carpet and the strong smell of ammonia. I can only imagine how they run there business if they are willing to freely show a home of that nature and hang up on a potential client with no care. Very disappointed with my experience with Gary and i will never recommend them to anybody I know looking for a potential home. We Are supposed to be a small community that helps each other out with care but actions like this show the lack of professionalism as a business and care for they're community.

Jackie Malott of Century 21 in Show Low, AZ. Is wonderful. Great personality, professional, and hard working. Jackie went above and beyond for us. Anyone would be lucky to have Jackie on thier team. Highly recommend Jackie Malott.
