Century 21 Prestige Real Estate

Wish I had read these reviews before renting from this company. My wife and I dealt with primarily Lucille and Dan Dunn. I would not rent or purchase from this company again and I would not recommend anyone else do so either. Currently considering going to JAG to have them blacklisted from renting to soldiers. Had to rent site unseen as I was PCS' from Benning to FLW and would not have time to inspect prior to moving in. Once I got the keys to the house it was a mess. The fridge had a ton of dead gnats in it, and when I mentioned this to Dan he expected me to clean it. I pretty much had to take care of it since I had already purchased groceries prior to inspecting the fridge. The furnace filter was filthy so I had to make another trip to the store to replace this too. The day I moved in I took a look around the house and noticed we had a hornet infestation. I took photos of this and contacted Dan again, who again told me to take care of it. The entire house was filthy and I stopped contacting Dan as I assumed I would have to take care of it as well. Windows and bathrooms had mold in them. The flooring of the home was uneven and had dips in places. This caused a tripping hazard throughout the house. The water heater constantly leaked and needed to be repaired. The house was impossible to heat properly too. When moving out I attempted to have the carpets cleaned with a pet treatment but I would not be there so I would need Dan to let them in. Dan informed me he would take care of it. I should have known he would find the most expensive company to clean it just so he can continue to nickel and dime me out of my deposit. I received 4 different quotes and all of them were lower than what Dan took from my deposit. He also tried to charge me $50.00 dollars for a furnace filter when I moved out. I informed him that these go for as cheap as $10.00 dollars at Walmart and I told him that I just replaced this for $14.00 dollars. I always replaced the furnace filter on a regular basis since my wife was on oxygen due to her medical condition. Dan even had the nerve to take a cleaning fee out of my deposit. Given how dirty that house was when I moved in and how we cleaned it from top to bottom I was offended. Definitely do not use Century 21 if you are Military, specifically any properties run by Lucille or Dan Dunn. I will post an edit to this if I decide to speak with JAG.

Rented my home for 4 years and will be ending my contract in the summer. Whenever I had an issue it was resolved quickly and efficiently. We loved our rental property! Would recommend to anyone looking to rent a quality home.

Not only would I NOT use this company, again, but I would go out of my way to inform all my military friends and family to also avoid them. There isn’t enough room to list the amount of damages, cost, and pure headache this company has brought to us. I’ve contacted them; either I get no response or a response that completely offends the agreements of signed rules and regulations. I’ve attempted to speak, email, and even traveled there on 24 hour notice of information on my property that was withheld for SEVERAL MONTHS. All home-owners work hard for their properties. All tenants work hard to provide rent. The only people that were not putting forth effort to engage and address concerns were the people being paid to manage our property. We have owned the property for 14 years. We have always used this company with not a single concern for the entire 14 years until they merged and there were new staff/owners. Not only were contractual agreements violated between company and home owner, but the lack of professionalism was just morbid!

When they were Xpress Home Rentals they were good, once they merged with Century 21 they became terrible. DO NOT rent from these people. They will find ways to nickle & dime you out of your deposit. If you DO rent from them. Ensure that you annotate EVERYTHING in your inspection checklist. Make copies of all your paperwork and even take pictures if you have to. They will blame you for everything and will blame you for damages that were already in the house. BEWARE of this terrible rental company. Stick with Walker Real Estate or Eagle.

Very very poor skilled realtors. Anthony Campbell is the biggest joke of a realtor I’ve ever seen. Very disappointed and very disrespectful. Me and my girlfriend went with Matt smith and was trying to by a house through century 21 and we get to making deals and trying to come to agreement and he’s calling my work making sure I work there. For one that’s none of his busses We been approved, pretty sure he knew that. Then he’s calling my realtor and telling him you better watch That guy he’ll screw you over. Then we couldn’t come to a deal so he has the home owners call me and try and make one, you can’t do that. This guy is very unprofessional, the worse.
