I recently had an exceptional real estate experience with C21 Prestige. Their expert guidance and unwavering support made the entire process seamless, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking top-notch real estate services.
If I could give negative stars I would! Waist of money and time! First off I had to apply and pay an application fee before even seeing the apartment. Second, whom ever took those apartment pictures should go into photography professionally because they made the place look way bigger than it was, they really know their angles! Third Hayley Avens was very unprofessional, when she showed us the apartment she just opened the door and stood there didn't give us any information on the place what so ever! She was also very unresponsive, I had to call her to check on our credit check to see if we were approved. Then again after we were approved to ask when will we know if we got it or not. She told me by 12pm the next day she will call me with a yes or a no. NEVER GOT ANY KIND OF COURTESY CALL! Very unresponsive and incompetent!
Back in March, I spoke to two individuals at this business about moving into a leased home that wasn’t even posted to the website yet. Both confirmed I could do so if I submitted an application, with the explicit understanding I wanted a May move-in due to my current lease ending in May. I told them that over the phone, through email, and on my application. Submitted the application with the $35 fee. Got approved, but was told AFTER that the landlords didn’t want to wait for me to move in in May when the current tenant hadn’t left until April, that it was now or never, which meant I’d have 3 months of rent to pay in one month. The landlords should have been consulted prior before the office gave me a thumbs up, knowing my situation, taking my money for that specific home. The individual I spoke to was rude and said it was PCS season so they wouldn’t have trouble finding a tenant sooner. I was told the $35 was nonrefundable but could be used towards their other listings, which were all garbage. So I wasted my time and money, and had to stay where I currently am.
Not to mention my friend also had problems with them. They sold a house from under him that he drove 6 hours to go see and forced him to move into a lease only a few days after a prior tenant left. A cleaning/inspection was not completed in between so things were dirty, missing, there was damage. After a year of living there, when he moved out, they tried charging him for preexisting damage from the prior tenants. I’m glad he took photos, but the greater not as intelligent general public may be taken advantage of big time. He’s said he’s had numerous other problems with them and the actual landlords as well. We would not recommend.
I would not recommend living here. Me and my wife stayed here for 12 months and heard gunshots on several different occasions in the neighborhood. The neighbor hood is very loud. Trash is everywhere. Parking is non existent. I was nickeled and dimed out of my deposit. I was charged $600 for a cleaning fee, Even though I cleaned up before I left. You can smell people smoking cigarettes through your home walls. One night someone rang my doorbell at 4AM, and was gone when I opened the door. I still don't know who it was. If you're in the army they will let your higher ups in your house when your not home, they did it to me. The windows are very old so when its cold the wind comes right into the house. The quality of the furniture is terrible (Worn out). Cabinets and drawers were broken when I moved in.
Ignorant, arrogant, unresponsive, incompetent, very rude, irresponsible and unprofessional service through and through. We dealt with a Hayley Avens for over a month. She gave us the run around, did not inform us on properties or give us any details nor updates. We drove 5 and half hours to come meet in person after informing her we were interested in a property. She wasn’t even present at her office after sending us the office address to meet, having left for the day at 12pm without informing us of it as we were driving there. After finally viewing the place we sent an email wanting the place we’ve been interested in for a month and she did not respond until we called the next morning, where in which she then proceeded to inform us that she had given the place to someone else. We would highly recommend you stay away from this “Century 21 Prestige, Bosa Drive, Saint Roberts, MO” as the service will likely be a waste of your time and money. Do not choose this service to advertise your property either. As it is near impossible to contact or remain in contact, after jumping through hoops to make contact with a representative at this establishment!
