We just recently moved from Kentucky to Arkansas, we used Karen Crittenden as our realtor. She was the absolute best at helping us purchase our home online and through calls and text. When problems happened she was quick to work through them
Rent is overpriced for tiny apartments where half of it is messed up upon moving in, you can't get maintenance to come out to you or get responses regarding maintenance being done but they're more than happy to return your call if you're a few days behind on rent. Their crew is understanding about rent trouble but it's hard to get anything done for your place once you've got that lease signed.
I am in a marketing group that meets weekly with Chrissie. I just cannot explain the amount of knowledge I have gained from her and the depth of knowledge that she has in regards to selling a house. She is not only a well qualified and professional real estate agent, but she is a consummate negotiator as well. I have given her advice to many friends who ended up wishing they would have listened to Chrissie! I trust her and will continue to use her in the future!
We worked with Karen Coomer from Century 21 Portfolio Real Estate and have nothing but positive things to say about her. Karen is the absolute best! A true professional and a pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond for us in every way, even when it did not directly benefit her. She demonstrated that she wanted what was best for us at every turn. As unexpierenced home buyers, Karen answered all of our questions patiently and in a timely manner. She even went as far to go into crawl spaces and attics to assist us in in evaluating houses. Karen looked into rental options for us simply because she wanted to make sure we were taken care of. We cannot recommend her more strongly to anyone looking to buy/sell a house in NE Arkansas. We are so blessed to have worked with Karen during our move to Piggott.
Very unprofessional. No morals. Dishonest. If you are working with this company. Get EVERYTHING in writing down to the most miniscule detail. Or it will be a fight to get it done. Then be sure to check and double check. We had put in our contract that the septic system was to be pumped and inspected. Our agent verified with this company's agent that this request had been done. When we got to the closing table we discovered that the septic had been pumped but not inspected. Refused to close. The seller's agent told us that they would have someone go out that night and have it inspected. Unbenonced to her we were at the property. She told our agent that the inspection was done. We were there during the time that the supposed pumping and inspection took place. No one ever came. When confronted every excuse in the book was given. I finally had enough and called the broker for this office. When I explained what happened. I was met with disrespect. I informed the broker that the requested services had not been completed and that they would have to be done before we would close. I explained that the septic tank would have to be repumped in order for someone to be able to inspect the inside. That the pumping and inspection would have to be done at the same time. Her response was that even thought the contract said pumped and inspected it did not stipulate that it had to be at the same time? Now I am angry. We have traveled for 18 hours with a 40 foot trailer full of our stuff under the assumption that everything has been completed because the selling agent has reassured my agent all is well. Had to pay for another night's hotel. No answers or solutions. The broker is demanding we continue to use the company that lied about pumping and inspecting the tank. Only when we went and picked up our check from the closing company and contacted our agent to start termination paperwork did the seller reach out. We were able to get the inspection completed and closed the next day. If at all possible avoid business with this company. Still Don't understand the issue when the seller was willing to do the right thing. Why was this company so against doing the right thing???? In the end it ended up costing us an additional $800.00 waiting to close. After taking possession we were able to see other items that had not been completed and there was undisclosed damages to the home. The seller's agent was notified. The notification has never even been acknowledged. BEWARE
