I’ve had the worst experience with Alexis and all I can say is, she is god awful.. I’ve never encountered such a rude and nasty person, she is so unprofessional, and does not care about her tenants! Every time I tried talking to her about my girlfriends rental unit she would always talk to me like I was a child (I’m 24) and degrade me. All she really cares about is making as much money as she can, even if she’s doing it unethically. I’m surprised no one has reported her for the amount of things she’s getting away with. I HIGHLY recommend NOT working with her!

Alexis McNeal and Staff is very rude and unprofessional ! She and Staff treat people with disrespect. They have taken over almost all rentals in Kearney and that really sucks. What happened to Kearney Rental Pros. They treated people with respect.

I lived in my unit for 5 years and the ownership/management changed to C21 after 3 years (previous was NP). I had a very positive experience with NP (never even had a rent hike). After C21 took over, it took less than two years for rent to increase by over 17% with no improvements to the property (now the apartments are listed at 23% more than when I was there). Upon move-out, the manager was 45min late to the appointment I scheduled (the office told me they wrote down the wrong time, but she was even 15min later than that). I was returned 53% of my security deposit (my previous rental returned 100%). I was told I was lucky to be getting that much because my lease from NP was still in effect and it prohibited them from charging more than x amount for cleaning.

Rented a unit for a little over 2 years and was a terrible time. Alexis is terrible. Never could call me back after leaving multiple voice-mails. Would take days to get any repair request approved. For $1300 a month in rent I'd expect better service. Glad I bought my home through Coldwell and if I ever needed to rent again I'd go back through Kearney Rental Pros or honestly anyone else.

It's not even deserving of one star. ALEXIS MCNEAL is the reason for that. They provide no communication, taking application fees for doing absolutely nothing.
