Idk about the sale of homes but when it comes to property management one of the worst ever from beginning to the end they never had repairs done never returned phone calls would have to call multiple times to get a burst pipe fixed then had to pay for water smh. DO NOT RENT from these people even if you pay rent on time they will never get things done unless you threaten with legal action they have no relationship with the town offices expect you to do things yourself for a home that’s not yours STAY AWAY!

The receptionist was very rude when I called to ask about properties that I saw on their website. She was less than polite when I asked to speak to an agent she got irritated with my request. I will not call to ask about any properties from them anymore. Very disheartening especially when I know Mr. parks is such a nice realtor.
