I would highly recommend them for home purchases or property management services.It is rare to experience such a high level of compassionate and competent customer service.

My husband and I recently were in the market for a new home. Pam and Meghan Schollian as our realtors were there for us every step of the way. From the start they were available for any questions or concerns we had and always made time to show us (sometimes within a matter of an hour) any new listings out there. We received daily updates that met our search criteria and always kept us informed of what was on the market. Their knowledge and competence made a very scary purchase due to the current housing climate not as intimidating. They helped us find exactly what we were looking for and in the price range we wanted. They helped us navigate all the way though until we were closed and had the keys in our hand… and then some. I cannot recommend this team enough. If you need a realtor, these are the ones for you. 5 stars.

I have been renting a house through this company for 2 1/2 years now and it has been a great experience. I was coming from out of state and a family member of mine looked at the house for me. I was able to do everything online very quickly and within a couple of days I knew I had a house waiting for me when we arrived. The online portal is great. I can make my payment, on my own time, through various methods and submit any repair requests whenever necessary. Every time I've submitted a repair request I hear back from them the same day. Every time, the problem is fixed very quickly, within the same or the next day. Even when my A/C went out in the middle of summer! I have no plans on moving until I can buy a house of my own, hopefully from one of C21 Jr's agents.

My home was robbed and cleaned out. When I submitted the invoice to repair the house and used every penny I had to do so..Susan Oakley told me I wasn't disabled and pay rent or get out. The invoice covered almost two months rent and I didn't have it. When I moved out ii wasn't able to get my TV's and other heavy things. She made it almost impossible to get my things. I made arrangements for a Monday because that's the only time she said she had. Over the weekend someone broke Into the house and smashed the TV's. She didn't call the cops and didn't tell me until that Monday. Her response to me was file a claim with your insurance it was outside of the 30 days. It was on the 30th day. She refused to cover the damages . She was unprofessional and down right mean. Now that I have my bearings I will be seeking legal action against her. Run from this office!!!!

They only did 1 repair the entire time we rented from them. The ceiling in the bathroom caved in, and we were exposed to whatever was I. The ceiling plus leaks from the upstairs unit for almost 2 months. The ceiling where the AC was was falling apart AND leaking, and they never fixed it for 5 years! And now they're charging us to fix it! Our front door was breaking apart when we moved in, and they're charging us again to fix it! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. THEY WILL TAKE ANY AND ALL MONEY FROM YOU.
