Worse company ever. I have rented under them three years, never had issues until recently. Dealing with both Brittany Cory, & Adrian has been a nightmare. Today, I called to follow up on a work order from December, 2022. I was informed by Adrian, he will not provide a date of when they will send someone out, and we have other orders that are top priority. Meanwhile, I can't access my garage, the foundation in the house is cracking, the garage door coming inside is separated from the panel leaving a big gap, where all the heat/or cool weather comes in. Adrian, went on to say to me today, "I heard your loan fell through on the house congratulations. Your lender told me." Breech of confidentiality. I have been discrimated against, ans treated like garbage from both above. Three years no complaints, have kept the house in better shape than it was when we moved in, hadn't been a problem at all. But somehow, because of being late on rent they feel they have a green card to dimish, and degrade you as a individual. I will NEVER do business with this company again. They talk about you to their colleagues, you can forget calling in having a normal conversation with any of the others in the office you will be treated the same. I can't help covid dealt us a hand, causing one income in the home. The fact we've never had an eviction, but always pay the rent is nothing to them. This situation has stressed me out, to the point if anything happened while leasing here, I do not feel comfortable communicating with anyone in the office. I send a text no response, yet I was told by Adrian, why not send a text? I am literally sick after my conversation with him today. Disgusting, humans are able to treat others in this manner.

Lawncare guy steals from house. 9/1/22 1:00pm. If they have thieves cutting grass...how they gonna treat you? 2028 river road. Stealing the garbage cans.

Absolutely not. They will not follow fair housing and speak to you like you are a child. Adrian specifically.

What a great group of dedicated professionals! ! ! Solidly trained, expertly coached, and tightly managed are things that can be said about this Brokerage, and those things get said said about them every day!!! Still more impressive is how, with almost no required supervision, this team consistently outperforms the industry because everyone just does their job and THEN they exceed the expectations of everyone they contact.

I'm only giving them 3 stars as of now. I may update that at a later date. My home has been listed with them for a month, and they have yet to upload any pictures. I have received a couple of offers, the second offer was a good offer and I countered. That was 2 weeks ago and I never heard anything else about it. To me ,the seller should be kept up to date regardless. I'm not going to post the realtors' name because he was highly recommended. I really hope my experience changes
