The leased home in Biloxi, MS, was to be cleaned as told by the realtor before I moved in. It was not. Very very dirty and I was very upset. I took the photos and sent to the realtor. I was told by the realtor "As I said it's all in the eyes of the beholder what you consider Clean". Needless to say, I didn't live in the house even signing a lease. There is CLEAN and there is DIRTY, nothing else. I had rental homes and would never ever allow anyone to move into a dirty house. No offer of my deposit or May rent was offered. It was all about the money and not doing the right thing. The realtor said "the next time you go look at a place you better take a white glove". How professional of a realtor to tell someone that.

This is the most unprofessional, unethical bunch of crooks you can imagine. Lies, lies and more lies. They bully their clients regularly and are greedy hacks. I’m sure they’ll be out of business soon. BEWARE!!!

This is the most unprofessional lack of customer service real estate office I have ever dealt with. Kathy Watts is the biggest case of sales prevention I’ve ever dealt with. does not call you back when she says she will. I have been trying to see a property they represent for 3 days. She set a tentative appointment to see property and said she would call me right back to confirm. Never heard from her. I called her back and was told as soon as the keys were turned in I could see property. keys got turned in and now I have to wait another day for property manager to inspect first. None of this was mentioned before. And when I questioned her she HUNG UP ON ME! Such a true professional real estate agent. She doesn’t deserve her real estate license. Tells you what you want to hear and then leaves you hanging. Don’t waste your time with this realtor want to be.

Jeff Guice is the MS Rep. who told a Mom to buy her own meds with money she earns, it is all over the news. Boycott this agent and this office!
