I was lucky to have Ken & Ruthie help sell our home in Lake Wales prior to a cross country move. The process could not have gone any easier. With their advice, we were able to price the home well and sell quickly. They took care of everything else. I'd recommend them to anyone buying or selling the area.

So this lady thinks it's ok to drive a car that is unmarked and pull into people's driveway and then park in front the house. When asked why she is parked there was talked to very rudely and talked to like trash. Explained to her that the person who's house she is parked in front wants her to move and she didn't want to and called the police and lied to them saying she way never in the yard or drive way. If you don't want people to ask what your doing put a magnet sign on your car door that says century 21. That way when your in a neighborhood that doesn't know you or what your doing can look at the sign and see what it is you do.

To ANYONE considering renting from FSPM in Lake Wales Fla., BEWARE....This service is a part of Century 21 on Chalet Suzanne Rd. and operated by Michele Heath. Moved into one of her rental houses and found broken fixtures, lawn irrigation not working, sticky tile floors, rotten food on top of the kitchen cabinets and a cockroach infestation. They had the 'cleaning' crew redo it, and i repaired the rest myself as a courtesy to the owners. When we moved out, she said there was dirt on the baseboards and some scratches on the glass stovetop and charged us nearly $300 of our deposit. 'THE NERVE'!! I DO NOT recommend renting ANYTHING from 'full service property management' of lake wales.
