I have used Century 21 Amber Realty to do both purchases and sales of properties in the past--and each time, I had Shikha Sethi represent me as my agent. She made the buying and selling process seamless and enabled me to obtain top dollar for the sale of my home this past May 2019. I couldn't be more than happy for all the help and guidance she has provided to me since 2014. And I will continue to seek out her services for my next real estate purchase.

The agent (Danielle Morales) was not responsive.Very unprofessional. Don’t waste your time!!! She does not want to sell your house for you. Our realtor had to reach out to her a million times regarding our offer. Glad we’re not going through with them, will gladly look elsewhere.

To describe my experience with Century 21 Amber, I would have to say this was the worst experience I've ever had, customer service-wise. My wife and I went to an open house a few months back, nothing planned, just saw a sign for an open house, and we decided to go. This was going to be our first house to scope out after deciding to jump on the market. We were met by an agent that greeted us in the garage. We noticed that the house was getting renovated at the time, with about 50% of the house done. We liked what we saw, despite the floors not having carpet and kitchen not assembled. The layout was excellent. We obviously showed some interest in the house, so the agent took down our information and we left the house. The next day, we contacted the same agent and said we wanted to talk about finance, so we scheduled an appointment and went to his office at Century 21 Amber. After giving a better idea of our finances and ability to afford this house, we got our pre approval papers in order and submitted an offer based on the comps that the agent gave to us. Although we went a little lower than what the agent had suggested, we were in the ball park that wouldn't scare off the seller. So comes the bad part. Just before the offer was submitted, the agent comes back to us and says that the listing price has gone up $4,000. He assured us that our offer will be compared to the price that had originally shown us. We were hesitant, but proceeded with submitting the offer. At that point, we had already gone to see the house at least four times to see how the renovation was going. After submitting the offer, the agent comes back and says that the seller has countered our offer, but raised it ANOTHER $10,000. Not only that, they had waived any inspection contingency. On top of that, I find out that the agent also represents the seller, since the seller is CENTURY 21 AMBER. The agent NEVER told me that (which is ethically a piece of information you should give a client). There was obviously a conflict of interest that was present, and when I confronted him about it, he denied that there was a conflict. Although it is legal in California for an agent to represent both the client and the seller (called "DUAL AGENCY), it was never disclosed to me until I noticed it on the contract that the agent represented both the seller and the buyer. I even brought in my own agent thinking it would help. I was wrong, they took more than the alloted three days to respond to an offer, and they even countered $1,000 higher just to push our buttons. Even that last counter they sent us took over 2 weeks to respond! Bottom line is, my wife and I were ready to make a deal for this house and CENTURY 21 AMBER made it difficult, complicated, and down-right unpleasant. We have looked at over 30 homes, with this being our top choice, and they took us as being desperate and young, first time home buyers. Based on this long and pointless process with them, I would never recommend this real estate agency to ANYONE.

A certain realtor who works here runs a side rental business with multiple large family apartments that targets agencies that help veterans and doesnt fix plumbing and health violation type of problems caused by other tenants. This place should be ashamed to have her work there. The County Health department also says she Is consistently non compliant

We do not know about this company as a whole, but we do know about one incredible agent named Noel Meehan who is an outstanding agent. We sold our home and he was very hands on and experienced. We are currently trying to purchase a home in another State, bad experience; the seller’s agent is helping us. Wish Noel was licensed here!
