A terrible experience both in terms of treatment and attention (they never answer the phone), you show up at the facilities and you can spend more than 5 minutes without anyone showing up. The information is misleading since they tell you one thing and then charge you another. The girls rotate very frequently, there is a lack of staff working, that is, if one or two people go on sick leave, they are not replaced, so the service is insufficient. I do not blame the workers but rather the person responsible for the business.

Cheap is expensive. I recently had 10 sessions of laser hair removal and the result was the same as shaving my hair. A fraud. Many positive reviews on Google (probably all) are shown to be false, to cover up the negative reviews, which by the way are many. On TrustPilot its rating is bad at 2.6 as you can see in the image I attach. They never have the same people working, they are always changing personnel. The staff is inexperienced and just wants to do their job as quickly as possible. Don't waste your money!

A terrible experience!! And several things to comment!! The first one makes me make a payment since it is a promotion that ends before carrying out the treatment, so far so good since I want to be a beneficiary of said promotion, the day arrives to go to have this treatment and the doctor who is expert in doing this He refuses to perform the treatment (his reason is that it won't turn out the way he wants) so they have to refund me... Almost a week later I am still waiting for this refund. I call said center and their response is that I have to continue waiting... So the only alternative I have left is to go to the consumer (I must add that the treatment has been carried out in another center and I am delighted)
