Increasingly dissatisfied with this center, they cancel the appointment I have had for almost 3 months, I call and they tell me not to call again for another appointment for 1 week. Who knows when it's my turn. The hairs are still there after 2 years. Most of the time they are chattering and don't realize that there are clients waiting, from there only 2 are saved who are charming, one of them Carmen, she is very professional.

I agree with everything that the previous comments say, lack of professionalism, they cancel your appointments when they want and that you have booked in advance (2 months in advance) now they say that since they have changed centers they have to relocate the appointments and that until reach the date, they cannot give you a new appointment again. Total scam! I can't say anything good about this place, it lacks professionalism, commitment, in short what I can say is that this center is disastrous... Fatal. I do not recommend this site at all. They are unpresentable. Terrible treatment. They cancel appointments, they change them, they don't give you any type of alternative solution, you have to beg...on top of that you have to put up with how they talk to you. The worst investment of my life.

Fatal! Waste of time and money. The hair never goes away, I have the same hair as when I started the treatment. And they only know how to put off… apart from always getting defensive when you ask them for a solution. They supposedly tell you that it depends on each body and so on, I don't know anyone who has had Laser hair removal at this center and is satisfied. Nobody. They also give you appointments whenever they want and change them 20 times. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL!!!!
