My experience with this center has been disastrous. They offered me an offer that they subsequently could not fulfill. I made a financing that I later wanted to cancel to pay directly to the center and because they did not cancel it correctly (despite having notified within the time stipulated in the contract), the bank began to charge me the fees. I had to present my case to two different supervisors to resolve the incidents and they treated me quite badly, questioning what I told them when it was evident that the mistake had been made by the person who until then was providing my treatment. They referred everything to "central" who never responded. The first contact with the Ideal center was in March 2023 and still in July the bank was still demanding a treatment that had not been done... I can't comment on the treatment but I can comment on the management which, as I say, was terrible.

Months ago I hired a service and in the process I was not convinced by their level of professionalism, which is why I decided not to have the treatment. I had cancer without radio or chemo and they don't understand the difference. It seems to me that at the very least they should know what each thing is or at least have someone at the center to explain it to them. I didn't feel safe and decided to leave and cancel. They had charged me the deposit and they told me there was no problem and they would refund my money in full. All the installments began to arrive, from the first to the last, more than 400 euros for a contract canceled and not carried out. When I contact them they tell me that the refund has already been made and that they are going to refund me, but I still don't have my money. Of course, they continue to send me treatment propaganda on WhatsApp. I have written to customer service and financial services twice with no response. I have not wanted to cancel the payments because if I cancel the charges they cannot refund me to the same account either. After this bad experience and lack of efficiency and professionalism, I do not recommend the center to anyone. They just repeat a phrase that is not true when I ask them about my money without taking responsibility. Edited: Two weeks later I discovered that my refund was NEVER requested and I still haven't recovered my almost €500

The treatment received by the staff is fantastic, very professional and close to both the advisors, the director and the technicians and the recruiter. I am very happy with the center. I recommend it 100%.

I was passing by by chance and a girl stopped me (actually super nice) to sell me her offer. I decided to accept it. When I spoke to the manager, she really sold it to me very well, saying that they have the best laser machines, that it is totally painless and with a guarantee that you will not grow any more hair and that I could terminate the contract whenever I wanted. The truth is that everything he told me was the opposite, the laser was very painful (compared to other clinics) lack of professionalism (he did the laser on one leg and forgot about the other, I had to remind him) it bothers me It was difficult to terminate the contract... the truth is that fatal, first and last time I contracted the services of this clinic, I do not recommend it to anyone.

I made a financing with this company, and the experience is FATAL, they have burned me, they have made me wait, the intimate areas are not done well, they canceled my last appointment telling me not to worry that they would give it to me the following week, now They tell me that in November, an employee calls me and disrespects me on the phone, I ask her for her name and she refuses to give it to me, she DENIES, the experience, and be very careful, the result has nothing to do with the previous clinic in the one I was in. I WANT THEM TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT AND THE FINANCING.
