The only downside is the guarantee (they've been doing it to me since 2021): they made me sign a data protection and then they told me that the guarantee no longer belonged to me because the time had run out. I accepted because I really barely have any hair and I took an offer that I took advantage of with my mother.
As for the staff, they are very nice but I have sometimes gone home because I had to wait a long time but they changed my appointment right away.

I had the laser done there for two years and during that period quite a few things happened for which I will neither return to this center nor recommend it.
Firstly, in most sessions it seemed to me that they did it very quickly and that there were areas that were left out. I sense that they had too many appointments and a very tight schedule and they couldn't do it with more care.
Also, they never offered me wipes or anything else to remove the white pencil marks on my skin. A gesture that costs nothing and you don't leave with painted arms and legs.
Another detail is that at the beginning of the treatment they offered me protective glasses, but halfway through they told me that if I wanted them I had to buy them. Since I didn't do it, they gave me much worse and uncomfortable ones.
On another occasion, I called to let them know that I was in a traffic jam and was 5 minutes late. They told me (already about to arrive and after half an hour of traffic jam) that if I arrived 5 minutes late they couldn't serve me, that I had to come back another day, they didn't even grant me those 5 minutes of courtesy.
On the other hand, in many sessions they tried to sell me other products, going so far as to tell me that I have hair on my hands (something that no one has ever told me nor do I see) and that I would be great without that hair. I thought it was a very ugly gesture that can create insecurities in more vulnerable people.
Finally, after two years of treatment, I have had pimples on my arms and legs because some hairs remain ingrown.
In short, it seems to me like the “fast food” of laser hair removal: fast service, low quality and trying to get money from everything. I do not recommend at all.
I was doing a facial cleansing and the truth is that they left me with many blackheads. The products all smelled very strong and the mask itched a bit, so I don't recommend it for sensitive skin. They didn't ask me if I had allergies or tell me about my skin type. To remove the stitches they used a kind of vacuum cleaner that left a bruise under my lip, it's not serious so I'm not going to complain but it seemed terrible to me. At least the girl was nice. I went on Groupon so at least it was cheap but I wouldn't go back.
Unfortunately, after 4 years as a customer, the experience has been quite a disappointment. I had the guarantee sessions I had left written down on paper by the center's own staff, and suddenly, last Saturday, they no longer gave me dates, supposedly "it was over", a company policy that had never been explained to me. On the contrary, what they had sold me, and insisted on all these years, is the opposite, they took the guarantees as reviews to be done once or twice a year. Supposedly, the guarantees did not expire and they even urged them to be extended for more months. While already in the cabin there have been areas that have not been done and have decided to postpone (they, not me, I have always allowed myself to be advised and advised, I have never missed an appointment). For the little that I had left, in the end they were terrible and I don't think I deserved this treatment after 4 years where, honestly, I have also let a lot of things go because well... you can understand someone's bad day, or the pressure they put on me. they have to sell, but after this I can no longer justify anything, not even the sessions given very above, quickly, leaving areas undone, more concerned with the sale than with doing a good job; nor the delay to waste time outside before entering, and give a much shorter treatment (it happened to me with several sessions of wood therapy). I have gone from being the understanding client to the angry, complaining client who is going to file complaints in every way, and that's how it is. I am the first to feel sorry, but I have left a good amount of money to improve precisely because I was not starting from scratch by any means, and I have not even been able to finish in conditions, they have denied me at the center.
The whole justification will be very legitimate, and I understand it perfectly (I have no comprehension problems to date, as far as I know), but that is not what you have sold me, nor is that what I bought.
The moment they realize that you've had enough, and they're not going to "strain" you anything else, goodbye.
I do not recommend this company at all, especially with so much competition. They have been plummeting in quality, professionalism, and service throughout all these years. It is the typical example of a business that ends up "dying of success" buried in a mountain of claims. With less massive and aggressive sales, and more care and professionalism, they would earn customer loyalty. It's a shame that company policy is what it is.

Of that half hour, 15 minutes or more was based on putting on a mask and letting it act, then a massage of 2 minutes at most, a terrible experience.
I don't recommend the cleaning to anyone, but the girls are very friendly and the service is terrible.
