CAREFUL!! This clinic is about to close, they have been laying off employees for months without prior notice and without paying salaries or severance pay, they have several lawsuits pending. They are pressuring the employees to finance as much money as possible, no matter what (scamming) and forcing them to work 12 hours a day. Don't fall into the trap of these corrupt owners and scammers.

Horrible experience. I do not recommend at all. I have been asking for an invoice for days for a treatment that I want to cancel and it is being impossible. They tell me to contact them through an email that is useless... The only thing I think is that they are acting crazy and all they want is for the 14 days I have to pass to cancel the treatment and thus finally have to pay for it. If anyone in charge of this company reads it, please contact me to solve the problem and cancel my treatment in time. Without a doubt I plan to take legal measures and even report because the customer treatment is not normal.

My experience has been disastrous, the laser has always been lies since I hired it with a pandemic involved and other stories, it has not been what I expected. They have given me the guarantee sessions and now that the hair that comes out is white and of course I don't know how to remove it, white? Then they try to sell you a session bonus to treat those areas when I just told myself that my hair is white and it won't go away. This criticism is not for the ideal centers of La Gavia, but for the management of the company. I hired Laser hair removal services, and I have been with them for many years. A few months ago, out of the blue they told us that they were closing the center where we are, and were moving us to La Gavia. I asked them to refund the amount of the remaining treatment, because the transfer is not good for me, and they have refused. Why do I have to go to Gavia if it is very far from my house? What if I don't have the means to go? It seems to me to be a tremendous lack of professionalism on the part of the company. This is a disservice to the client, and they don't care. They take advantage of the client, without taking into account the situation of each one. Of course, when I finish the treatments, I will not return. And I don't recommend people go. They are pesteros.
