We contracted a voucher for 12 sessions of laser hair removal treatment for the armpit, pubic and perianal areas, they sold us all the possible benefits of the treatment. They told us that since she was very blonde, the treatment would be effective with many fewer sessions, and those left over from 12 could be given to a family member. They also told us that if the 12 sessions were not enough, another 4 or 5 extra sessions could be added, free of charge, but they assured us that this would not be necessary. This week I finished the treatment, I still have hair in my groin and perianal, I have mentioned it at the center and they tell me that the extra sessions are no longer available, that the clauses have changed, that I must be over 23 years old... that they have blocked it, that I mentioned it to customer service...Customer service says NO, because I am under 23 (I am 22) and I know people who have been hit. Warning, 12 sessions at this center do not remove hair, you still have hair (after 2 years of treatment). Go to another one, with fewer sessions and price, shaved for life.
