My Spanish is not good so its hard for me to comunicate in spanish. I called them experiencing symptoms of covid. It was hard to understand what they were asking and I asked them to repeat but they dropped the phone on me. They dropped the phone on a sick student in a foreign country. Heartless.

Today I went to the clinic to have an endoscopy—I was very afraid because it was my first time—and they treated me great. They have been very kind to me and the nurse has calmed me down because I was a little restless. Excellent treatment by the staff. I highly recommend it.
