Parts Department representative printed out the parts I need without charging any fee. The representative explained if Centro de Servicios orders the parts it will take over a month to receive them. I'll probably drive to Austin and buy the parts myself and spend time with friends to celebrate Memorial Day.
The complaint is not for those who work here, but for Ford itself for allowing it.
It is horribly cold and it has no adaptations for these winter cases, nor for its workers, if in itself it is very uncomfortable to be waiting for your car, now add the cold and seeing that not even the workers are comfortable. (That's why they don't serve us well)
Ford, if on any occasion the people of this branch treat the workers badly, it is because you treat them badly, nor do they have accommodation for those of us who have an early appointment or arrive on time.
I'm not saying it's a lousy service but unlike Honda (for not going so far with KIA) the treatment is super different, very good facilities, they respect arrival times more and the assistants even work in a good mood!
I will never want to buy my own Ford.
