I have to thank all the professionals who are part of the staff, Marina and Luis, always very attentive. I had an appointment at 7:10 p.m. with the specialist doctor in my case to give me the results of a biopsy OVER THE PHONE. I called in the morning and was assured by an administrator that she would call me. In the afternoon, when I did not receive the call at 7:10 p.m., I called at 7:30 p.m. and the administration told me that he was still with visitors, but he also assured me that they would call me. I have been doing rehabilitation for a few months after my surgery, the physiotherapists have been able to explain to me at all times the procedures to follow and help me at all times. They show empathy with the patient and that is very important, after a long-term injury, where sometimes spirits can be affected. They always have a smile or make you laugh, with a joke. That makes rehabilitation more bearable many days. I make a special mention of the afternoon physiotherapists, sending them my gratitude for their human and professional quality at all times.
