My mom got very sick with an awful cough while on vacation. After three sleepless night I took her to this location which was modern and clean
I went there in the morning because my Spanish is basic and it’s better to explain in person when in broken Spanish and English.
The receptionist was able to get me in that morning.
My mom did not have travelers insurance but the visit was only 60$. Note: if you want you can ask for an invoice and submit the claim to your US health insurance.
The doctor spoke decent enough English and got my mom squared away with 4 prescription (total for the medication was 25$)!
Mom felt much better that same night !
If you are a tourist and don’t feel great …check this place out. Don’t let your cough turn into bronchitis.
Whilst travelling in Spain, my friend developed stomach pains and a high temperature. After a few days we decided to go to the doctor. The receptionists were able to get us an appointment with the doctor on the same day (their English wasn’t great but they were very patient and we managed to use Google translate to explain we needed an appointment). The doctor spoke good English and prescribed some medicines to help which we picked up at a pharmacy next door. The consultation cost €60 and they were very thorough. The centre was clean and modern. Would recommend to people visiting Seville who need a doctor!
The information on Google said it was usually open at 7:30am but due to Good Friday hours changed. By 9:10 am it said it was open. I walked 22 minutes here with my medical issue and it was closed. Very dissatisfied.
I submitted a test on November 20, they said that the results would be in the application in 15 days. It is December 14 and the results have not been published. It's impossible for them to pick up the phone, I've been insisting for a week and a half. I only make complaints to the company that sends emails waiting for a response that they don't get either. The bad management is a shame.
The experience couldn't be worse. They gave me an appointment for general surgery, and two days before they canceled it for no reason, telling me that they would give it to me for the following week. Two months later, I'm still behind them, calling them daily to give me a real solution (to call me now), and they don't even have real communication channels between them. Also, in January I took a test that theoretically took 2 weeks to take. Those two weeks have translated into 5 months of waiting and a lot of insistence. TERRIBLE SERVICE.
