Drs don't show up,and when they do they're 2 hours late. this place is awful

Worst service! We did an antigen test for our flight on Friday morning and we asked specifically if the result is ready for the flight on Saturday and they assured us, it will be. On Saturday afternoon, still nothing and nobody answered the phone. We couldn’t board our flight and had to stay in a hotel for one night and the result on Sunday was not valid anymore! And we payed 80 euros for the tests! Unbelievable

NOT A COVID TEST CENTER! Went here for a Covid test; they do not offer Covid tests. The two desk attendants also wouldn’t help find another location unless pressed. Ultimately we went here and had the tests: Clínica Indautxu Gordóniz Kalea, 9, 48010 Bilbo, Bizkaia, Spain

I think these things should be checked before starting a treatment and not have to endure so much pain because they do not notice before or because they want to finish faster.
