The quality of the care was good enough. If you don´t speak spanish maybe you will have a problem because staff in my case wasn´t able to speak english/other language than Spanish.

It is a shame the degradation and brutal loss of quality that this medical center has suffered. Before the service was acceptable, but gradually all the good attention it offered has been lost. And I'm not talking about the health personnel who work there (who are excellent), but it is a problem of the company that manages it. Profitability takes precedence over patient care. Pity!

Disastrous telephone service, they make me dizzy on the phone, they have me talking for 10 minutes to tell me to call the Son Llatzer hospital to make an appointment when more than 5 months ago I started the medical process with them by having a concert with the Son Llatzer Hospital.
