Very bad experience. I arrive at the consultation around 1:45 p.m. I ask the person at the reception if Dr. Letamendi will be able to assist me. He tells me that “he doesn't see the list of patients” at the counter, but that the doctor is still in the office. Since I don't understand very well what she wants to tell me, I insist that the doctor will be able to see me, since he is there. She tells me that she is not going to tell him anything? And what if I want you to wait for the doctor to come out and for me to tell him to see if he can treat me? But she's not going to tell him. At this point the doctor comes out to pick up another patient to treat him and I ask him to see if he will be able to treat me and he tells me that the list closes at 1:30 p.m. and that he no longer treats any more patients. He doesn't ask me if I feel bad or what's wrong with me. Look Jon, there is one thing that they teach us in medicine, but it is that the person is treated and the matter is postponed. The minimum is to ask me what's wrong, if I feel bad, if it's something urgent or if we can meet in the afternoon or postpone it until tomorrow. But you sent me away without knowing what was wrong.

I went to this center to go to a specialist for sanitas… the decoration of the place does not paint anything, uncomfortable and impractical! Very disturbing! The girls at the reception are very nice and attentive… while we were waiting we could see that several patients had an appointment at the same time! It was the doctor herself who managed her patients... which led to a wait of three quarters of an hour! The last ones came in first! At the end they give us a handwritten "report" on a card!
