We are talking about the fact that the people who call/go there are because they are sick or worried and want an appointment with their doctors. To get the phone answered you have to call several times because they never pick up, and when you finally get it, a person answers you who doesn't even let you speak, he treats you in a bad way, he leaves you with the word in your mouth, never He says goodbye and hangs up the phone on you.

Every time I call on the phone, the receptionist answers you rudely, and leaves you talking alone, as she hangs up the phone on you. It has happened to me on 4 occasions, making it difficult for them to answer the phone, and in some ways, it seems like you owe them something. I don't know where they got it from, but with all the people who would be happy to work there... I would think about it. What a rude receptionist, she talks to you in a bad manner and hangs up quickly!! I value the doctors very positively, attentive, close... The only good thing.

I advise you to set closing time at noon then, as that information is not available for the people we call.
