What happens with the telephone is a real shame. Nobody picks it up. They give you the machine with a voiceover every ten seconds, we will assist you shortly. Five minutes pass and it cuts off. Like this several times.....what makes you think that your time is more valuable than that of others? !!!!!Okay, that's okay!!!!!
Terrible management, two hours waiting, they tell you that there are 4 left ahead and half an hour later (after serving 3 people) they tell you that now you have 5 left! You ask for explanations and answers: I start my shift now, no idea....
The management of appointments is unfortunate and it is not the only time...
It's a real shame. I have been trying for many days to get my phone number answered. Disastrous. If one day I manage to contact them, I hope that the professionals will provide good service.
You take out insurance because you need help and it turns out that it is easier to be treated at SACYL after 13 months than here.
