I have a consultation with the gynecologist. The consultation begins at 9.30. She arrives at 9:50 and is still seeing a health visitor. I am working and a vaccine that takes 20 minutes took me 1 hour. It doesn't seem serious or professional to me.

I am an Adeslas insured in Lugo and, after an accident, I found that medical assistance in terms of physiotherapy is in practice non-existent: WAITING LISTS OF MORE THAN ONE YEAR FOR INSURED PARTIES. When they call you it will be late. Outrageous! They leave people without health care. I will study my continuity. Thank you. PS: after a call from the Adeslas Medical Center in Lugo (Pedro González Street), I include this post-data - dated 04/24/2023 - to clarify that the complaint refers to Segurcaixa Adeslas, in general (whose delegation in Lugo is located in Dinan Street), and not to the aforementioned medical center specifically, which, although it is the Adeslas Medical Center in Lugo, lacks traumatology and physiotherapy services. I'm sorry for the imprecision. I have also called Segurcaixa Adeslas Lugo and they refer me to a platform with which I have had to speak to raise the case. I am waiting.

A medical center without access for people with reduced mobility. I just read other reviews that already reported this situation two years ago and it's still the same. Except for the work of the health workers who work here, any other management with Adeslas is complicated.

How is it possible that an insurer like Adeslas has a medical center with facilities that are inaccessible to people with mobility problems, forcing health professionals to go to the ground floor to care for patients who cannot go upstairs for consultations? The entrance with a step. There is no elevator. It couldn't be a more seedy place. I almost never go. The professionals seem good to me.

Like a health center has only one dermatologist and he no longer feels like working, leaving the patient waiting to talk on the cell phone, it's not at all funny and he didn't make things clear to me.
