If there were more stars I would definitely put them on. From the moment you enter the center, the treatment they offer you is close as if they had always known you, starting with the girls at the reception, Dr Moreno, to the nurses. Amazing, really. The way of speaking, of doing tests and of dealing with both adults and children is incredible and of course with the correct diagnosis. If I had known them before I would not have gone to any other medical center! I stay with them for everything!!

I chose the rheumatology clinic of Dr. D. Manuel Baturone based on references and it has been the best decision I made. In the first consultation he got the diagnosis right, which was later confirmed by tests (MRI and analysis) despite it being a rare disease that other previous doctors, in other centers, had not detected. The treatment has always been cordial and very close, even with punctual attention via Email. The appropriate treatment adapted to the evolution and constant follow-up in subsequent visits have made him improve significantly sooner than I imagined. The reception service offered me on several occasions to advance the appointment for scheduling reasons, which is also fair to thank.

Without a doubt, the best Asisa center there is along with the HLA Puerta de Sur hospital, empathy, pleasantness, and above all professionalism. I go for the liberal doctor Ángel who is magnificent. Obviously I will always recommend it

The medical treatment is good, but the reception... leaves a lot to be desired. Sometimes it takes them a long time to pick up the phone and it would be nice to be able to make an appointment through WhatsApp and be able to communicate with your doctor. I called to ask my doctor a question and they forced me to make an appointment to talk to him (having to ask for hours at work to ask him a question and they wouldn't charge for the consultation). The communication was quite unfortunate...

Lamentable treatment by reception. I went this morning to accompany my father traveling from another province and I was THROWN OUT ON THE STREET... The receptionist's argument was distancing and the clinic was completely empty... I asked her to at least stay in the waiting room (completely empty) and they denied me.. That I go out into the street.. In almost all medical consultations there is a seat for the patient and another further away for the companion. Here you go directly to the street and in a bad manner. Shameful. Very bad management. 0 *
