Getting worse. Most of the time they make you wait more than an hour and if you ask or get upset they tell you that's what it is, that they are late and if you don't like it don't make an appointment there. People have a life and more commitments to attend to and that we do not have to cancel due to the desire to make money from any doctor or center. Paying more than 120 euros monthly for private insurance so that they then treat you late and arrogantly because they don't even apologize for the delay that they already know in advance that they are going to have. Fatal.

My experience is bad, (at the level of doctors I do not value) I am going to do a kidney ultrasound for my daughter with a prior visit and before taking me they tell me that there has been a mistake and that I should leave, (not that I should wait a while longer... .) they give me another day in 2 weeks. It is not for pleasure to make an echo. Here of course I will not return.

I have already had 2 or 3 visits, more calls and tests. And I don't understand the bad comments. With me everyone has been very nice, fast and efficient. And I would recommend it.

The place is clean and the receptionists are very attentive, however, Dr. Medina Saldaña, Andrés, has treated me very poorly. A lack of interest and professionalism that I had never seen before. I left the consultation worse than I entered and the doctor spent more than 15 minutes talking about it. The situation seemed surreal to me.
