Worst Sanitas centre ever; I have never had any problem with any Sanitas medical centre except this one. I have had multiple cancellations due to their doctor being unavailable, which is not my fault at all and they reschedule for a month later. They give you the appointment for later but expect you to be there 1 hour earlier. The receptionists are apathetic and don’t care for the patient at all. On the contrary Dr. Karol I met with is genuinely nice and when I complained to her about it, she was extremely surprised. If you get the option to decide, do not visit this centre!
Canceled my appointment without notifying me and when I arrived early, for the appointment I was scheduled to have, the receptionist was rude (2nd desk in the back) and unhelpful. I’m having very bad experiences with Sanitas centers in general and with appointments being mysteriously canceled. This was for a visit with Dra. Torres that I now have to attempt to repeat.
Take this good medical center's curiously low 3.0 rating with a grain of salt. These reviews are written primarily by those of us who have had great experiences and those who have had bad experiences. I’ve had both depending on who I’ve dealt with there, but have mostly been treated with professionalism and kindness. One suggestion for Sanitas: given that you advertise your product to those of us who primarily or solely speak English, wouldn’t it be smart to ensure that there’s always someone at the front desk who can speak it? I’ve been lucky enough to have other kind bilingual clients and/or staff step in and offer to help on several occasions, but something so important shouldn’t be left to chance.
1) They do not warn you in advance that you need to come with a disposable mask. The front desk does not provide medical masks. Why didn't you write a Warning about medical masks in the mobile application or at least in SMS?
2) None of the three secretaries in the reception speaks English! It's a shame, you are in the downtown!
3) Most of the doctor's offices are located on the minus ground floor and there is no Internet. And taking into account the fact that the secretaries do not know basic English, it is very difficult without an Internet translator.
4) An appointment CITA to doctor can be rescheduled and you will only know about it when you arrive at the appointed time.

Waited for 2 hours past my appointment time and I still didn't get to see the doctor. The only response I got from the reception was to sit and wait.
