I also got the feeling all they want is money.On my way out the lady at reception tried to charge me for something I didn’t have and when she realized she was wrong she was really rude ! Sorry folks but in this business the customer is king .It definitely doesn’t feel like that here.

Disastrous experience. Today I went to the hair unit. I spent 40 minutes waiting in the waiting room and when I was finally seen, the doctor spent 4 minutes with me. She was very abrupt, very unempathetic and very unkind when explaining the treatment and my situation to me. I have never felt so bad during a medical visit, I will not return.
