This teaching center provides an enviable infrastructure for the municipality of Bento Gonçalves and neighboring cities, collaborating with the technical and humanistic training of the regional community.

It had everything to be a great teaching center, but it is far from it. Since 2017, they have only declined and tend to decline even more. UNICNEC has become a headache for many, if not all, students. It's problem after problem, re-enrollment regularization lasts about 3 months, when it's not the whole semester. There is a lack of practical classes, greater availability of material for students, countless problems with the secretariat and finances, not to mention that they change all the time, valuing improvements for students, but they value it so much, that students are always the last to know about things. The lack of communication is huge. Excellent teachers are always dismissed, the students end up losing, so I don't see all this appreciation, no. UNICNEC Bento was once a really good place to study, I include the other units in that, all managed by the sponsor in Brasilia. Today it's just a headache. If you are able to choose a better institution, that would be a good one. Those who don't, good luck. The only good part of college is the few professors we have left.

It has good structure and teachers. In fact, it is the teachers who maintain this unity. Bad management by the maintainer in Brasilia.
