Casa Cleo in La Condessa was very beautiful.
Things I enjoyed
1. The privacy of our space. The walls were not thin so we did not hear others going in and out. Our room was far away from others rooms.
2. The rooms were very clean and spacious. They also had everything that you could need.
3. Loved the record player and the records. Good choice in music.
4. I did like that there was a tub and shower option.
5. Breakfast had a nice choice of fruits, yogurts, coffee, teas, etc. Did not have eggs but, I'm not a big breakfast eater.
6. Had a nice work out area.
7. Close to lots of restaurants.
8. Safe neighborhood.
Things I did not like (this may be due to my lack of knowledge on how things work)
1. Our bed was made each morning but, the sheets weren't changed.
2. Our ac made noise but, wasn't too bad that we couldn't sleep.
3. Beds were firm. I usually sleep on a very soft mattress.
4. We did not get extra bottles of water for the bathroom to brush our teeth.
In most part, we loved our stay and would definitely return.
Guys, there's a reason this is listed as 5.0. Because it is. Everything was fantastic. The apartment is huge. The bed is comfortable. The record player is a great touch. Fully equipped kitchenette. Amazing bathroom. Just every little detail done right. And a fantastic staff. Loved every bit of this, and in a great neighborhood close to lots of awesome restaurants and beautiful parks and boulevards. Saw how highly rated this place was and it's for good reason: they've made these spaces perfect. Even including extremely reliable and very fast wifi, which is sometimes an achilles heel.
Priced really reasonably when you consider just how large and nicely appointed these rooms are. Exceptional in every little detail, honestly. One of the nicest places I've had the pleasure of staying.
Just got back from a three night stay with multiple adult children in multiple rooms on our first visit to Mexico City. Really loved the property and the quiet neighborhood location. Room were large, modern and well appointed. Staff was very nice. and helpful Only minor complaint - breakfast was a bit spartan, but they are so many great coffee shops and bakeries nearby, so we didn't mind. Highly recommend this place if you want to stay in a neighborhood near nice parks and good restaurants while you explore the city.
Wonderful place to stay in a safe, quiet, upper middle-class neighborhood. Very attentive staff - Gabriella and Estrella were very helpful with arranging for extras such as massages or trip to pyramids. Our modern and spacious suite was like a small apartment with an outdoor patio area and soaking tub which was wonderful coming back to after a full day of site-seeing. Complimentary continental breakfast in a beautiful outdoor 3rd floor patio and a washer/dryer available for free self service. Many restaurants, conveniences in the neighborhood. A bit pricey but definitely worth it. Easy to Uber everywhere. Highly recommend.
5 stars plus! Well deserved all around. Was skeptical about the apart-hotel but it was better than I could have imagined. Fantastic extras such as a bose speaker, record player, amazing bathroom with bathtub. Such a lovely solace in Mexico City that allowed us some downtown to feel recharged. Service was excellent and the rooftop terrace was also a beautiful addition.
