A BUNCH OF THIEVES. Do not make your payment early, hint they never told us this, if you make your payment early the computer systems supposedly rolls it off on your actual due date like you never paid. Basically they stole $30, all because a customer wanted to pay 3 days early.

Pawned a high dollar gold chain when I got it out it didn't feel right it was smaller and did not have the Gucci sign on it realized they had switched my high dollar gold chain for smaller cheaper one very upset they said it was the same one it wasn't this chain was very sentinel to me for my husband bought it for me

So I paid to put a Xbox one series s with all cords and 1 white controller on lay away. I repeat (the guy had shown me a white controller with cord). 2 weeks later I came back pay the lay away out and take my Xbox on series s home and I had a different controller and this controller is a off brand controller that takes no batteries and only works when plugged into system. Well I asked why do I have a different controller and the seen that the controller did not go with the game system, and it was not the controller I purchased with my game system. Instead of fixing the issue they had made some sort of mistake on they wanted me to purchase another controller for an extra $40. That is what any one would call a scam and or theft. I had no choice but to walk away with a off brand controller that has stopped working after a month, and I only used my system 4 times due to my work schedule.
