We switched to Canteen almost 2 years ago. I will say our vendor that comes out every week, is amazing. He listens to what we want and gets the machines stocked. However, it's been over a week and we still can't use our soda machine unless it's cash. Vendor came out yesterday and did a reset, but told me he someone should still come out. It didn't work, so I called yesterday, and I called again today, and she told me 'she told dispatch, and they may be here this week.' Customer service is a joke, and how do you have a week plus lead time on repairs???? I won't go back to the old vending company, but I'm on google right now looking for a new company...
Horrible decisions with selfish values. Swapped qty 4 package to qty 2 package and used same price. Fixed card reader after 1 year of quarters only and passed maintenance cost to consumers with 66% price increase.
The customer service and machines sucks! Do not use their vending machines they will rip you off! I tried calling them multiple times, finally got a call back from a company staff member and they said they would mail me a check refund... it never came! I had to use my credit card appeal process to get my rightful return of funds.
I work at ups in Lenexa. This company does out sites in ks, Lenexa and Edgerton and the last several weeks the sandwiches are expired, snack machines empty. I have been working with hr to contact a new company. After seeing the pictures i take daily they agree this company is not the direction we need to keep going. They also do not stock the change machines so we can't get change then charge a dime more per item to use your debit. These folks should be shut down.
We have Canteen vending machines at my office that use our badges as 'debit cards'. Five times now one machine has taken money off my card without vending product. I call the phone # on the machine placard that guarantees satisfaction and I'm told each time, 'I will see to it that you get your refund.' The refund never comes and the machine continues to malfunction. How is this company still in business?
