If I could give a 0 I really would not so much on the company but I believe when certain people work under a company they are suppose to represent that company to the fullest and respect the hard work that the company owner has put in to keep their customers happy. My first experience was with Chris when I came to get my 2018 Mercedes Benz fix. He was sympathetic, understanding , caring and took his job duties and responsibilities seriously. This second experience was the worst and when I say I’ll never do business with them again. I mean just that. When I heard Chris wasn’t there I was a little sad because you really don’t find people that treat you as if they are going through the same thing or treat you like family and with Chris he did above and beyond. Do not I repeat DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO STEPHANIE! She has the nastiest attitude, she has a horrible personality and spirit. After the car wreck I experienced a miscarriage and I was just dealing with a lot and she made the process even harder to deal with because of her ways and how she went about it. When I called to talk to the manager to just let him know of the experience I have had dealing with her and how I didn’t feel safe with my vehicle left under her supervision. If you can’t treat people nice and talk to them with respect and kindness what makes you think they want to leave a vehicle they worked hard to get to be treated like this. She claimed I had an attitude with her and everyone else when I didn’t come into contact with anyone else but her . Everyone was nice and polite but her. When State Farm has to call me to let me know that I need to return my rental because my car has been ready since the 13th of November. I was not notified the 13th or the 14th of my car being ready and when I called to see what was going on the conversation went left because I told her I would love to speak to the manager because I want to have the recording pulled or something to show someone called me on the 13th to let me know my vehicle is ready she lied and said she called me and when I told her I did not want to talk to her about it I rather speak with a manager and she stated that the manager was not in and she is not required to transfer calls and for me to come pick my car up and hung up. I called back to let her know that she is escalating the situation worse than what it has to be and if she lets me get a word out maybe she can hear what I’m saying instead of screaming at me. She yelled to come get my car and if I wanted to talk to a manger I could not because after getting my car I’m not allowed to call or come up there because I have been a difficult person and I just couldn’t believe how she was acting , she was now playing victim because i told her I hope all calls are recorded because you will be fired if they hear how you talk to your customers. I was literally in disbelief of how I was being treated. Now , after getting my car back my Benz symbol is missing in the front , literally the whole plate is gone . I just don’t feel like my car is running like it use too, looks like someone cut a piece of my cap off that goes to my gas tank. It’s just things that weren’t messed up before taking my car up there to get repaired that are now . I have just never dealt with this much stuff before. If someone can get me in touch with any manager or CORPORATE please reply. This can’t go unsaid or not acknowledged of what has happened. Again, do not trust Stephanie I promise I have heard similar encounters and experiences of how she is and this isn’t the first or it won’t be the last if she continues her employment here. On two photos I post you’ll see the plate that’s below my Benz sign and you’ll see the next picture of that plate missing. In the other two photos you will see the wire that looks like it’s been cut. Seriously? Customer service just doesn’t exist anymore. If I have to take her to court I definitely will after telling people my experience and what happened their jaws drop and I’m just like how you think I feel. I just hope this helps someone!
10/10! Campbell Collision will have my business from here on out and they will be my new recommendation for others. I owe such a great experience to Moe; he never missed a beat on giving me consistent updates about my car, was always reassuring, always very nice and professional, and worked his butt off to have my car done as soon as possible. The work done on my car was great and I am very thankful but Moe’s service is the #1 reason I will be back. There are a lot of places you can go and have good work done but not everywhere can you find the customer service that Moe gives. Thank you Moe! And also thank you to everyone who worked on my Hyundai Elantra, phenomenal!
Went up on Monday, Mo came out of the office to give an estimate, took pics then told he would email the estimate later on Monday or it would be Tuesday morning. Never heard a word and here it is Sunday. Then there was two ladies in the office if you were standing in front of the counter the lady on the left just as nice and friendly but the other not so much. Never will go back. Ron's got the business.
I took my truck here to be repaired and it was an awful experience. It took over a week longer to be completed than I was told, and instead of giving me accurate information they ignored my calls until I called the front office and made them track down the information or person for me and was lied to that it was 'almost done' each time I managed to get someone on the phone. When we got it back the hail damage was gone, but found several other pieces of the truck missing (hood and window guard) as well as additional chips, scratches, and damage. This was after I was assured that the general manager himself reviewed the work and had it sent back several times to touch up more 'spots' he wasn't happy with. Terrible customer service and terrible repair work. The paint job also looked very bad in some areas.
If I could 0 I would. They are unprofessional and have absolutely no sense of urgency when it comes to getting work complete. They had my car for 46 days to put decals on.
Stephanie was very nice but she was the only one that kept her word.
Two of the decals never arrived and they still would like to charge me for it. They don’t have an ETA when they will come but they are still charging me.
They swapped out employees while my car was there for repair and it was downhill from there.
I came to pay for my car at 5:34 and they stated the systems shut down and I needed to come tomorrow because they close at 5:30. She stated she had kids and family which I also have. I really wish she could have ran my card over the phone but she had no wiggle room for me.
The work was good though. If I could go back I would have worked with another company.
Hopefully the management teams takes this review seriously.
