Caliber Collision

I had a very small bit damage on my front bumper. Without an appointment, I walked in and told them my issue. The nice representative at the desk told me to pull in the service bay. He took a look at my car and decided to have one of his technicians come and screw some piece back together. This took all of five minutes, and could’ve probably been done myself if I were a little bit more mechanically inclined. Nonetheless, I asked them what I owe them and they said nothing. I even pulled out a $20 bill and tried to give it to the man helping me, but he refused. He asked his payment five star review on Google, so here you go. A Family member of mine has had great experience getting their car more extensively repaired at this location as well. Of course, experiences differ from day-to-day so there’s always an unknown.

I had gotten into an accident and Caliber was super quick in getting me in, squeezing me in once they heard the extent of damage to my car. The tech working on my car, Dusty, did a great job at explaining the process to me and kept me up to date with new changes. It’s never great getting into an accident, but if I ever got into another one, I would 100% trust Caliber to take care of me and my car.

Had a bunch of hail damage to my car and was not looking forward to going through the work of getting it fixed. But, here they made it no problem at all. Everyone was super friendly & awesome to interact with. I had a phenomenal experience working with Dusty as he made the process very easy and efficient. They did a phenomenal job. 10/10.

Caliber is a good repair place. They seem to have Excellence in every area of their services. They treated me, as a valued customer, and seemed to have done a very nice job, on our vehicle, and in a timely manner. I have and will recommend them to others.
