Unprofessional agency in terms of after-sales service, I entered my unit due to a Chevrolet brand accident for bodywork and painting, I entered it there since they should have higher quality standards for the brand but they have less than a sidewalk workshop, they do low-cost repairs quality and they do not supervise the mais, apart from the fact that your car comes out all scratched
They did the basic service of my car (Buick Encore), when I got home I noticed that one of the rear reflectors was out of place... I called: can they fix it right now or do I go another day, young man? - Right now! - Here I go, 35 more minutes on the way - Young man, are you sure you didn't hit him? - Sure - We're going to have to disassemble the fascia - Mmm - Come tomorrow and just give the technician what he likes - listen but they said they were doing it right now - you have to disassemble the fascia - I left.
I fixed it because I didn't want to go around again so they could fix what they neglected to get away 🤷🏻♂️
It was not premium or luxury service :/
They owe me my invoice, by the way, which they said they sent the same day…

Excellent Service is not enough for a truck of that price but I want to say that it is a first-class agency just by having visited it once.
