Unfortunately I didn't realize that water was getting into my car, where is the spare tire it's all wet right now that it's been raining I noticed, I had already noticed that water was dripping when I washed it, I thought it was normal, but now with these rains I lift the trunk and it looks like a hose, check so they could give me a solution why it was impossible for me to notice before since I didn't have the rainy season when my car was delivered and right now that I noticed it no longer applies why are 6 months warranty. But as I mentioned, it was impossible for me to notice the problem at the time and it's very easy for them to wash their hands. How little, I hope my insurance can solve me!!! Why Kia left a very bad taste in my mouth in their so indifferent response, since they were the ones who did the work. I hope this information is useful to you and check your car well, not only that it looks good physically, and it doesn't happen to you like me that they see your face!! !! I took my truck, a Kia Seltos, for repair when they delivered it to me, it was broken inside, the windshield wiper handle was broken, they did not want to take responsibility and I had to fix it on my own, terrible service, plus it took a very long time, approximately five months. waiting, if you have another option, do not choose this one.

Terrible place, every time my car enters it takes a long time, this last time my parts took 3 months and when my vehicle was delivered to me it was dirty and with marks from the work they did and when I commented on it they didn't even care.

Terrible service, they gave me a delivery date and then they told me no, at the time of delivery the trunk lid and cables were missing and to finish it off they did something to the sensors of the truck that do not work

Don't leave your car there for anything in the world, they are poorly made, poorly made and always do incomplete work.
