Just purchased a Captiva from Carlos. He's a good sales person. Responsive and helpful. He provided great service and quick delivery. However the vehicle comes with very little gas and no windshield fluid. The license plate was installed poorly. Other than that it's a great place. We are happy with the service form Carlos. Gracias
Excellent service. Although communication can be difficult as I speak very little Spanish the people there are very honest and provide excellent service. I bought my car in Puerto Vallarta but take it here for service. I had an issue this year and they towed the vehicle and repaired it all under warranty. When I picked it up they had also cleaned my vehicle. I would highly recommend.
